It has an efficient s-shaped route, and it’s small enough that it can clean under most furniture. One of the really great features about this one is the fact that it has such a great battery, it’s long-lasting, it can last over three hours even on its most powerful Mac setting. It also has three other settings. And it will actually automatically select these settings based on the type of surface it’s cleaning. Now just know with this one, there are a few recurring costs to note, things like replacing the HEPA filter, the brush, roll the side brush, and also just general maintenance, there are some parts that will need to be serviced regularly. And that’s why we’re recommending the iRobot Roomba II five today. It’s a very well built model. And it’s small enough to clean under most furniture. And it actually doesn’t get stuck on things like rugs or thick carpets. This one also does come with that great allergy trapping type of filter. So again, it’s useful if you have pets that shed a lot. This one is really really efficient at picking up hair from things like carpets and rugs. And it can even handle larger debris like sand or other dirt. One great feature here is you can actually use the iRobot Home app. And you can do things like schedule cleaning or ask the vacuum to return to its docking station. This one can even be controlled by your voice which is super cool. This can be used via Google Home or Alexa, or even by pressing the buttons on top if you want to use it without an internet connection. Now it’s definitely not the best option if you’re using it on bare floors, because it does struggle somewhat with find debris and things like baking soda or other loose material. Next up, we have the best cheap robot vacuum cleaner. And that’s going to be the eufy RoboVac 11s. Now one thing when buying a cheap robot vacuum is you don’t want to sacrifice too much on quality. And that makes this option great. It’s very affordable and it even has a fantastic battery, you can get one to two hours of continuous use. Depending on what power setting is used. It’s also really light and compact so it won’t take up a ton of space and it’s easy to move around if you need to. Also because of its low profile, it won’t have any issues cleaning under low line furniture. This one is definitely better suited towards bare floors. So if you have things like hardwood or laminate in your home, then this is definitely a great option. It can be effective on low pile carpets as well. But again, we recommend it more so for hard floors. This one is also great at picking up things like pet hair, and it has a decent-sized dirt compartment for a robot vacuum, so you’ll have to empty it less often than some other models. With this one, you can also create a cleaning schedule and set the suction power and cleaning mode without an internet connection. So if that’s important to you, then this is a great feature. Now just note as I mentioned, this one is better for hard floors, as it will struggle to clear find debris from carpets. It also has some higher recurring costs because of its maintenance needs. But as I mentioned before, this is prevalent across many robot vacuums and is not specific to this certain model.
